equals to 1 for national license and 0.5(1\/20) for district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u03c3: <\/strong>Operator sharing factor; equals one for exclusive RF; as PtP links of two or more Operators may share the same RF. \u03c3 might be less than 1; 1\/2 for two users sharing the same. RF, 1\/3 for three\u2026..\u03c3 is equal or smaller than 1. It will be collected from all those who shared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>l <\/em>: <\/strong>Site location: Urban or Rural areas.<em> l <\/em>equals 1 for Urban and 0,25 for rural.
