The Proposals will be opened by 3.00PM (BST) on the same day. The Letter of Invitation and details on the services and its submissions are provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document which can be downloaded below:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bicma.gov.bt\/data\/radiocom\/others\/Invitation-radiocom.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">1.
