Any eligible international consultants may submit the proposal on or before 4 PM (Bhutan Standard Time), 20<sup>th<\/sup><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>January 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Georgia; color: #333333;\">The detail of bid submission will remain same as announce on 5th December, 2016.
