The eligible bidder shall register with us at <strong>resource@bicma.gov.bt<\/strong> on or before<strong> 18th February, 2019<\/strong> if they intend to participate in the Bid.<\/p>\n<p>b. The Sealed Bid shall reach the office of the Authority located at Olakha, Thimphu, on or before <strong>25th February, 2019 at 12.00 noon,<\/strong> Bhutan Standard Time (BST).<\/p>\n<p>c. Electronic Bidding shall be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>d.
