He joined the civil service in 1985. He served as Director General for Bhutan InfoComm and Media Authority from 2015 almost for a period of 3.5 years.<\/p>\n<p>We the members of BICMA family wish him heartfelt congratulations on his promotion and truly happy on his achievement.
