The proposed virtual training program is mainly aimed at enhancing the capacities of BICMA officials especially in the field of technical&nbsp;monitoring and regulation. The training programs will basically contain the learning in the field of recent developments in telecommunication, its regulations, licensing, costing&nbsp;and monitoring.
