The team from Bhutan InfoComm and Media Authority(BICMA) successfully carried out the awareness program on the Digitization of cable services,\u00a0 Rules and Regulations and other mandates of the Authority in Samdrup Jongkhar dzongkhag.<\/span><\/p>\n

The day long program consisted of the following topics:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Digitization of Cable TV\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Ku band dish permits<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Various Rules and Regulations\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Various mandates of the Authority<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Various monitoring activities carried out by the Authority<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Various requirements for licensing services offered by the Authority<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The Authority would like to thank the Dzongkhag sector heads, Dzongkhag and Thromde officials, Local Government leaders and the Local cable operators for making it to the awareness and advocacy program and for raising relevant doubts\/queries which made the session interactive.<\/span><\/p>\n
