{"id":8846,"date":"2025-03-26T10:15:52","date_gmt":"2025-03-26T04:15:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bicma.gov.bt\/?p=8846"},"modified":"2025-03-26T10:16:41","modified_gmt":"2025-03-26T04:16:41","slug":"8846","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bicma.gov.bt\/?p=8846","title":{"rendered":"Workshop on use of Dzongkha Language and the Principles of Driglam Namzha"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"xdj266r x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">The Bhutan InfoComm and Media Authority (BICMA ), through the Economic Stimulus Programme fund, is supporting a comprehensive workshop aimed at enhancing the use of the Dzongkha language and the principles of Driglam Namzha in the film industry.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">The workshop, which is scheduled from 21- 25 March 2025, is being conducted by the Film Association of Bhutan (FAB).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Recognizing the importance of preserving and promoting Bhutan\u2019s rich cultural heritage, the workshop is aimed at providing filmmakers, actors, and industry professionals with the necessary skills to effectively communicate in Dzongkha and uphold the values of Driglam Namzha\u2014our national code of etiquette and conduct. The workshop will include seminars and hands-on training sessions led by experienced instructors from the Government and Industry veterans.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">The workshop will cover various aspects, including scriptwriting, dialogue delivery, cultural nuances, and etiquette in filmmaking through Dzongkha and Driglam Namzha.
