The Bhutan InfoComm and Media Authority would like to share the draft Consultation Paper on the Standards for the Fixed and Mobile Broadband Quality of Services. It is aimed at standardising the minimum Quality of Services that the Fixed and Mobile Service Provider shall provide to its customers.
